| With the increasing demand of the air-cored reactor in the modern electrical power system day by day, high-precision is more and more required in the reactor parameter calculation. But present related electromagnetic field value calculation methods all based on traditional approach. Applying these traditional parameter calculation methods in the dry air-cored reactor design could not be able to meet the strict request of the production design. Especially the deficiency of parameter calculation method's system research of three-phase air-cored reactor, and in order to weaken the affection of the reactors, we had to prolong the distance during the calculation.According to the basic principle of electromagnetic field, this article first derived the analytic expression of the single layer coils, coils of finite thickness in any spatial magnetic field, and has further obtained single-phase reactor' research approach in this foundation. By means of Bartky's transformation we gave the concrete method to calculate the magnetic field. The Bartky's transformation overcame other single variable integral method converge slowly or even could not converge, time-consuming and so on. And this article introduced one method, the flux in winding can be calculated accurately by making the infinite long column surface on the winding. Then the inductance and the mutual inductance coefficients of the multiplayer shunt reactor can be computed out by the flux. The accuracy of this method is good, calculation speed is good. Based on the single-phase air reactor magnetic field, this thesis following the coordinate transformation, the common cylindrical coordinate calculation approach applied in single-phase reactor was converted to the method based on Cartesian coordinate system, which is more suit for three-phase air-cored reactor, and through four common used different kind of arrangement of three-phase air-cored reactor magnetic field distribution computation, obtained the common used arrangement way in any three-phase air reactor magnetic field calculation method. Proposed "the section halving method", we could use it to calculate the three-phase reactor's magnetic flux, and generate it into the magnetic flux calculation process of anyranging mode of three-phase air-cored reactor, this method would make the magnetic flux,electrical potential and inductance calculation of any kind of three-phase reactor convenient and effective. In the process of reactor design, proposed a two-level error control method to adjust the number and the height of the windings, makes the process of the design fast, the calculation result precisely, and also developed one kind of equation solution algorithm to determinate the initial number of windings, and made the calculation volume decreased enormously in the process of design. Finally through the established Matlab GUI interface, we make the entire calculation and the design process visualization. |
