In order to meet the need of cosumers' individuation and diversification, more and more managers put importance on a new produce-pattern, which is more effective, flexible and dynamic than that of before. So it is most important to study dynamic jobshop scheduling to realize the new produce-pattern.In this paper, multi-agent system (MAS), virtual reality technology, 3D simulation system and intelligence arithmetic are studied and appled to dynamic scheduling problem. The main rearch work this dissertation concerned is as follows:A new model of dynamic scheduling is put up in the paper, which makes the best of the advantages of MAS, intelligence algorithm and rolling windows strategy, enlightened from rolling path planning of mobile robot in dynamic uncertain environment. Job-shop scheduling is thoutht as some rolling windows rolled by working procedure in this model. It is easy to get all information about the machines state and workpieces in one given window, then genetic algorithm is used to get the better scheduling .when another time is coming, the next window is open. If some dynamic events are coming in given window, the MAS will deal with them. The size of the window can be adjusted according to environment.A platform of 3D simulation for dynamic scheduling is developed and built up, which use Jadex+Java technology and Direct3D+C# to build Agent and 3D models, and use SQL Server 2005 datebase to drive 3D models. When using the platform, the operator put in the need information, then 3D virtual scene simulated the true workshop is given. The operator can supervise and guide scheduling, while wathching the 3D cartoon.In the end of the paper, the platform is used to schedule the true workshop produce. The result shows that the platform is proper for dynamic scheduling, and can optimize scheduling. It is clear that more 's number can make the platform more flexible in a given case, but more window's number make it is diffcult to find optimum time in the whole time for a kind of workpiece, so some window's size is optimum for a given case.
