The scheduling problem studies the allocation of limited resources to different tasks within a certain period of time,it is one of the key factors affecting manufacturing production efficiency,and there are uncertain disturbance factors affecting the scheduling results in the actual production workshop.The size of the scheduling problem presents a complicated trend.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dynamic scheduling of the profile shop.This paper analyzes the production status of a chassis profile shop of a bus company and analyzes and studies the dynamic scheduling problem of the profile shop based on the scheduling requirements.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the production and processing requirements of the profile shop are analyzed from the profile shop's general situation,product production process,and production modes.The shop's processing process is divided into three processes,and each process has multiple machines with the same processing performance,which is in line with the characteristics of shop scheduling.Analyze the problems existing in the production and processing process and the key points that need to be resolved,and formulate production scheduling rules for the profile shop.Secondly,combined with the production characteristics of the profile shop,the optimization goal is to minimize the weighted order completion cycle,and establish a profile shop scheduling model.Based on the genetic algorithm,the corresponding model solving algorithm is designed,the heuristic algorithm is used to generate the initial population,thus the initial population quality is improved;the population fitness is selected by means of roulette;the cross-mutation operation is performed;and the variable neighborhood operation is adopted.Combined with the simulated annealing operation to improve the local search ability,the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by examples.Thirdly,the dynamic disturbance factors of the mixing flow shop in a profile shop are analyzed,and the disturbance factors are divided into two types: explicit and implicit.At the same time,the hybrid drive mechanism is used to judge whether to re-dispatch.That is,when there is no explicit disturbance event,the workshop adopts a periodic scheduling strategy;when a dominant disturbance event occurs,an eventdriven strategy is adopted.The hybrid driving mechanism evaluates the degree of deviation from the original scheduling scheme with the deviation tolerance as an indicator to determine whether re-scheduling is required,thereby reducing the number of re-scheduling and improving the stability of the dynamic scheduling system.Finally,the plant simulation software Plant Simulation was used to build a parametric simulation model visual simulation model of workshop scheduling.The real-time interactive communication between the optimization results of this paper and Plant Simulation data,build a visual simulation prototype system for the mixing flow scheduling of the profile shop.Enterprises,according to their own needs,can enter different orders to optimize the processing,It can output the utilization rate of the machine tool and the dynamic dispatch program,improve the machining efficiency of the profile shop and reduce the cost.
