The Research On Fault Diagnosis Of Airpcraft Anti-skid Braking System

The anti-skid braking system of aircratf plays a vital role in safely take-off and landing of aircraft. With the development of anti-skid braking contronller,the automatic degree of anti-skid braking system becomes more and more high.How to ensure the ani-skid braking system working safely,reliably and stabilitily,which becomes a main problem that should must be settled firstly.Therefore,the anti-skid braking fault diagnosis system was designed,it has very important significance to anti-skid braking system.The constitutes and the wrok principle of anti-skid braking system was analysed. On the basis of the demanded line test of anti-skid braking system, the overall stragy of fault diagnosis system was designed.The mini-system circuit of DSP,the circuit of simulated signal, the circuit of modulated signal and the circuit of USB communication are designed in hardware. The lower software was developed based on CCS integrated environment, was programmed by C and assembly language, by using the modularization based on the demand of system test. The anti-jamming means was applied to hardware and software on the basis of the characterization of system that its stability was improved.The upper software was developed based on Visual C++.NET which is a viewable program tool.The instrument of fault diagnosis which is designed for anti-skid braking system combines fuzzy fault diagnosis and expert system.A Structure which dianoetic program and expert system knowledge are self-governed is adopted.The experimental results showed that the fault diagnosis fuzzy expert system of airpcraft anti-skid braking system designed in this paper worked perfectly. Through extending and consummating of expert system repositories, we can develop the fault diagnosis system of many models of anti-skid braking system in the future.It has great reference value to the future research on the fault diagnosis of anti-skid braking system.
