| Aircraft braking is a strongly real-time, strongly nonlinear movement. And it’s influenced by the many different factors. Aircraft anti-skid braking system is directly related to the safety of the aircraft and the passengers. As the core of the aircraft anti-skid brake control system, the performance of the anti-skid braking controller plays a decisive role in the whole system.Firstly, the aircraft braking course, the structure and working principle of anti-skid brake control system were analyzed. According to the functional requirements of the anti-skid brake control system, combined with the basic principles of the slip rate based skid brake control mode, anti-skid braking fuzzy controller is designed based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. The anti-skid control algorithm is deeply discussed, and the controller hardware and software are designed in detail.In term of control algorithm design, in order to overcome the experience-dependent and subjectivity of fuzzy control algorithm, particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to realize the membership functions and control rules of control algorithm online optimization. By the use of aircraft anti-skid braking system simulation model, the algorithms before and after optimization are tested. Results show that the control algorithm after optimization is significantly better than fuzzy control algorithm on sensitivity, robustness and brake efficiency.In terms of hardware and software design, the high-performance DSP of TMS320F2812is chosen to be the CPU. The hardware circuits including command signal conditioning modules, wheel speed signal conditioning modules, switch conditioning modules, electro-hydraulic servo valve driver module, fault detection module, and serial communication module are designed in detail. Programming is finished by using CCS integrated development environment. In addition, a series of hardware and software anti-jamming measures are adopted to improve the anti-jamming capability of the controller. To verify the performance of the controller, a controller performance test system is used to carry out performance tests in the wet and dry ice and coupling coefficient mutation runway. The test results show that the controller design is reasonable and stable, and it can meet the requirements of aircraft anti-skid braking control.
