Self-anchored suspension bridges are accepted by more and more people with their elegant alphabet of lines and stronger adaptability. Because their force characteristics and construction process are different from general suspension bridges, their construction control process is good for research.There are various non-linear impacts in the process of self-anchored suspension bridges hangers installation system conversion, which is the main content in construction controls. The thesis gives that do consider and deal with the various nonlinear impacts, thereby the finite element model can stimulate the actual forces and deformation more realistically to insure the exactitude of construction control calculation.The thesis puts forward the basic principles that should be abided and the main control objectives while designing suspension hangers installation scheme, on the base of which feasible hangers draw, calculation and adjustment are carried out. The thesis puts forward a variety of feasible hangers installation schemes, and they are discussed and compared respectively.The design parameters error has impact on the finished bridge of self-anchored suspension bridges. The thesis analyzes the change of self-anchored suspension bridge finished state when the main cable Young's modulus, steel kingpost bending resistance inertia moment, concrete kingpost bending resistance inertia moment and kingpost weight have error. The impact of every parameter on finished bridge state alphabet of lines and forces can be gotten through analysis. Finally the thesis puts forward the range in which every parameter should be controlled.The hanger-draw control precision of hangers in every step has significant impact on structure finished bridge state. The thesis analyzes the effect of hanger-draw error on structure when hanger length is the main control aim in every step, and puts forward length error control range. At the same time the thesis calculates the effect of hanger-draw error of on structure finished bridge state when hanger tension is the main control aim in every step to carry out hanger-draw control, and puts forward tension error control range.
