With the high-speed development of our country railway construction and the promulgation of "the mid-long term program of railway network" of ministry of railway, it is clear to construct "four longitudinal and four transverse lines" and three intercity special lines for passenger train, sixteen high-speed passenger railways have started, one of them-jingjin intercity line has been finished in the first quarter this year and started to integrated debugging and testing operation. It is predicted that the passenger transport capacity of Chinese railway should be unprecedented improved, more than 12,000km high-speed passenger railways should be constructed to 2020. Comparing with the previous lines, the main task of high-speed passenger railways is to transport passengers, the requirements of transportation quality and train operation to infrastructure are high, the rail should be regular highly, and it is to reduce the interference of construction to railway operation as much as possible to ensure the safety of the special lines. The requirements of design,construction process and equipment of bridge are more higher accordingly. From the experience of constructed high-speed railway, the requirements of equipment and technology of bridge girder delivery and installation are developing more and more maturely.The large bridge girder delivery and installation equipments used in this thesis are ZST450 girder delivery vehicle and DF450 girder installation machine, have the relatively stable performances, have been used in previous projects successfully. So this thesis don't study on the girder delivery and installation equipments themselves deeply, only on the effects of girder delivery and installation processes to constructed projects, that is the load case check and analysis of girder delivery and installation.The load case check of girder delivery and installation is to ensure the rationality and safety reliability of operation methods of girder delivery and installation equipments, especially the particular load conditions should be calculated carefully. Finite element method is applied in this thesis, Dr. Bridge is used to build finite element model, analyzes the stress and deformation situations of constructed continuous beams and simply supported beams under the load conditions effect of girder delivery and installation. At the same time, simple numerical analysis estimation method is applied for calculating the deformation of constructed subgrade under the combined effect of girder delivery vehicle and girder installation machine in the girder delivery and installation processes. It is to analyze the effects of every load case to project construction carefully with the actual situation, to hope the result can be referenced for future similar construction valuably, to improve the construction safety, efficiency and quality of girder delivery and installation.
