Stick-slip vibration is a process of alternately sitcking and silping which occurs between two contact interfaces under certain conditions according to certain cycle.It is a quite common phenomenon observed between contact interfaces with relative movement,which may cause the contact face dynamic-load stress strengthen instantly, and thus resulting in the abrasion of contact interface increases.In order to inquire into the relationship between the stick-slip vibration and the rail abrasion in the wheel-track system,firstly a single degree-of-freedom kinematic scheme model is established for the qualitative analysis of the production principium,the expressions of the cycle and the vibration amplitude are deduced,and the characteristices of stick-slip vibration of locomotive and vehicle are also analysed.Secondly,a model,which includes bending vibration and torsional vibration of wheelset,is used to analyse how stick-slip vibration influces rail abrasion.According to difference of extent being affected of factors that cause stick-slip vibration, the influence of stick-slip vibration is classflied; the influence of entent of different parameters to rail abrasion with different frequency and wavelengh is knew; The conditions of stick-slip vibration occurs and the effect of bending vibration and torsional vibration in the process of rail abrasion forms are also studied.Thirdly,be based upon trait of stick-slip vibration and characteristic of magneto-rheological coupled wheelset, a scheme that to make use of magneto-rheological coupled wheelset to restrain stick-slip vibration is brought forward.It's precondition is real-time and rapid measurement of values of torsional vibration for making a control signal in time to control coupling degree.Accordingly,be based upon existing means of measurement of torsional vibration and characteristic of train running,a plan of measurement of torsional vibration making use of raster coder and DSP chip is brought forward,and three ways of measurement are introduced.According to analysis,there are many advantages,such as high-precision,wide measurement range,real-time measurement,running rapid,and Simple structure,so requirements of measurement for torsional vibration can be conformed.
