Tire industry is one of important parts of Auto Industry. It is direction of the tire industry to study and produce a kind of new concept intelligent tire and suit of equipments which are more comfortably and safely. At present, the Radial Tire Equipment is the main type to produce tires with huge device and complex technology, while the assembling accuracy is an essential factor to the quality of the tire. It is important to improve the equipment's assembling accuracy.As the guiding device of the Radial Tyre Equipment, the guide rails'assembling accuracy strongly affects the equipment's performance. Now the methods of lineation and using steel wire are still applied at field, which restrict the accuracy and efficiency of the guide rails'assembly."Dual-light Laser Alignment Measuring system at TST field", which uses laser alignment technology at the assembling field, provides dual high-quality parallel references in the level plane for the guide rails'assembly.The main works of this thesis are summarized as follow:1. Present the Dual-light references according to the application at field, in which the high-quality parallel lights are set with the beam-splitter prism and pentaprism.2. Have designed and made a suit of precision mechanical structures to adjust lights meeting the scheme. The beam with level error is less than 10 arc-seconds and less than 8 arc-seconds with the parallel error in this Dual-light system.3. Have calibrated the Dual-light system and analyzed the errors at lab. The level error is less than 4 arc-seconds and the parallel error is less than 10 arc-seconds approach the linear, which stability and high re-build accuracy are showed.4. Have accomplished hardware design of the PSD signal processing and LCD display circuit, and done the PCB.5. Have programmed PIC18F448 to display the real-time position signal on PSD.6. Have calibrated the circuit at lab, these results show that the position error is less than 0.02 mm within (-2,-2) to (2, 2), and it presents high stability.
