| With the development of information and network technologies, the globalization course of manufacturing activities has been quickened. The manufacturing enterprises must seek new manufacturing modes to satisfy their own development. E-manufacturing is no other than the new approach satisfying the current manufacturing environment request. The remote design service is one of the most important enabling techniques of e-manufacturing, which gives the resource requirers and suppliers a communication and access connection, and also solves the problems of the resource free and waste so as to satisfy the requires of quick design and manufacturing for the clients by sharing in all sorts of manufacturing resource services online.The background of e-Manufacturing and the domestic and foreign status about study and development are studied and analyzed in detail in this thesis firstly. And then the basic conception of e-manufacturing is clarified. The remote design service and the implementation techniques of e-manufacturing are analyzed. The languages and servers techniques correlative with building a net site are also studied.Based on above-mentioned studies, the MATLAB Web Server remote design service scheme is put forward. The supporting environment of the system is formed with the integrating of Apache and Tomcat server. After studying the hydrostatic bearings'structure, function and design method, several typical and applied hydrostatic bearings and guide rails are selected, so the function of the remote design service comes true by the Dreamweaver platform for programme exploiture and the techniques of HTML and MATLAB. The method is feasible after debugging. This thesis will be used for reference to the remote design service on nonstandard components. |
