Study Of Insulated Potting And Encapsulation System To Gasoline Engine Ignition Coil

In this paper,the technique of using resin vacuum encapsulation process for insulated potting of mobile ignition coil was indicated through analyzing the high voltage break down mechanism of mobile ignition coil,its resolve methods and matters need attention were also described in detail meanwhile.The advanced technique is assured by the advanced resin encapsulation system. After investigating the technique of MMD (meter mix dispense) and thin film degassing system, the H110 resin vacuum encapsulation system is produced with enough designs and experiments. It is indicated that H110 is used suitable for insulated potting of mobile ignition coil, and the complete closed condition is better to environment protection.
