Non-invasive measurement of human blood compositions is a foreland in the biomedical engineering field that still not been totally fulfilled. Dynamic spectroscopy is a new method conquers the interference of the individual discrepancy and measurement conditions that other detectation method can not overcome.The acquisition and processing of multichannel pulse wave is the first and important step for realizing dynamic spectroscopy. Aim at the feebleness, low SNR and large quantity of the dynamic spectrum signal, a detection and processing system based on FPGA and area CCD camera is designed to improve detectation precision and realize the acquisation of pulse wave. The critical Algorithm of dynamic spectrscopy pick_up in frequency area, Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm based on FPGA is also designed.This system uses area CCD camera to substitute the light receiver of general raster spectrum device, realize the detectation of multichannel pulse wave. For the, two dimension feature of area CCD, signal integral method is utilized to eliminate the noise and improve the SNR.An innovative method to realize signal integral is used, with which the pixel datas in every row is added one by one in the process of data collection, and then the result is transferred and stored.Through this method, SNR can be raised sharply, and the transmit speed, quantity of data and the capacity of memory is decreased at the same time to improve system performance.Based on the characters of compound video signal putout from area CCD camera, the video signal demodulation circuit is designed for getting digital video data of high speed and high precision and exact video synchronous signals.For the requiremnts of dynamic spectroscopy signal detectation and video signal collection, programmble logic device FPGA is selected as the hardware platform. Design and realize a multichannel pulse wave acqusition and processing system. This system realized the nicety orientation of video signal, and the function of adding data of every row in high speed is achieved. It uses Niosâ…¡soft core based on FPGA as CPU, and the application program is designed to control the process of data collection and processing dependably, and improves system integration, saves the cost.For the realization of dynamic spectrscopy pick_up in frequency area, the realization of FFT based on FPGA is researched, which provides a favorable design scheme for the dynamic spectrum signal processing. At last, the correctness and feasibility of this system is proved through experiments, and the pulse wave is required which is up to mustard is acquired.
