High torque performance permanent magnetic synchronous motor is a new typical electrical machine. Multipoles, low speed and high torque is its distinct characters. The technique of pole-slot match is applied to the motor, it can decrease the number of stator's slot, and reduce motor's volume, and raise motor's power every volume.Along with the rapid scientific and technological development, and in some systems, such as: electric, machine of feed system and lift devices, the lower output of the electric motor speed is hoped. Moreover, the traditional AC motor is rotating at a high speed, and they have 90% of the slowdown with the huge body matching can be used. Gear motor, it will not increase the system size and weight, but also make noise and inertia increase, furthermore reduce efficiency and service life. Because of the precision gear meshing restrictions and the requirement in positive and steady and rapid response, gear rotational often affect system performance.The motor equips with Modular fractional slot windings. The concentrated winding of each phase is separately wound on consecutive teeth so that the phase windings don't have overlap. This is not only a convenience of manufacture, but also the end of winding is shorter. The amount of copper and copper loss is reduced, so efficiency is high. It adopts this stator structure so that it can be made into relatively more pole number.Finite elment method is a numerical method, which is used to analyse structure or field. Its main idea that structure or field, which is made of consective dielectric, is discreted into elements that connected by limited nodal points to analyse. The method, which based on the theory of variation and the measure of discretizational resolver, invert conditional variation into object to resolve inner electromagnetic of the machine. The inner electromagnetic of high torque permanent brushless motor is resolved in this paper.From this study the basic structure of the electrical and basic theory, this paper discusses the steady-state performance of the motor, and analyzes the electromagnetic parameters impacting performance of motor. Through the air gap length, pole-arc coefficient, rotor magnets thickness, width of stator teeth and slot, the paper analyzes the impact of electromagnetic and Back Electromotive Force of the motor, summed up a different structure of the electrical parameters of the magnetic field distribution.
