High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor with quick start, high efficiency, high power density, compact structure, excellent performance, and the development of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors and the promotion and application of related technologies have brought a revolution to the high-end drive and high-efficiency energy-saving technologies in the industrial field.High-speed permanent magnet motor is small in size, heat source density is big,the heat dissipation than conventional motor difficulties, may lead to the rotor permanent magnet demagnetization, and may cause the motor temperature rise too high, and damage the insulation of the motor. In the high frequency power supply mode, the stator iron loss of area than in other motor electromagnetic loss is much larger,so the core loss of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor stator for more in-depth research is very meaningful. In this dissertation,In view of the core loss in the stator region of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors,The basic classification, basic structure and working principle of permanent magnet motor are introduced, and analyzes the mechanism of ferromagnetic material core loss, according to the basic knowledge of electromagnetic field, the solution of the mathematical model of motor stator core loss is established.According to its design,a finite element analysis model of a 2-pole,24-slot high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor with power of 250 k W is established in a 2D transient field, calculate and analyze the electromagnetic performance of the motor, mainly includes the air gap flux density, the back EMF waveform, the electromagnetic force and the cogging torque, the finite element results conform to the requirements of motor design. The stator core is partitioned, and several typical positions are taken in each region, and the change rules of radial magnetic density and tangential magnetic density are analyzed.Three schemes are used to calculate the core loss of a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor under rated conditions. The iron density of different regions of the stator core is calculated, and the distribution law is analyzed. The influence of the magnetic field frequency on the stator core loss of the high-speed motor is studied.
