Applying Of The Action Planning In The Bin Hai CBD (Yu Jia Pu) Construction

Lying in the center of Tianjin New Coastal District (NCD.), Yujiapu peninsula approaches to city center, facing to the Haihe River under the sunshine. Similar to London canary wharf, New York Manhattan, Chicago shore water district, Brisbane, Shanghai Lujiazui and so on, Yujiapu area has the unique environmental superiority of developing shore water CBD.Right time, right place, and right people doing the thing. Facing with significant opportunities and fateful missions, Yujiapu Area must be developed into the 21st century innovation shore water CBD to support the NCD.'s soaring so as to construct Tianjin into north part of economic center of China.This paper focuses on the possibilities of implementation and operation, based on a series of earlier plan design work foundation. It does not focus on the new subversive spatial plan concept, but on being helpful to the starting and advancement of Yujiapu CBD smoothly. In this paper, we aim at synthetical optimization of economic, environment and social various benefits, which is the principle to improve the previous control plan. The motion plan must keep the balance between the ideal and the reality.In this paper, we analysed the connotation characteristic and the practical significance of the motion plan. We studied the domestic and foreign various CBDs'development experience which is used for reference. We visited correlative departments and experts and carried out comprehensive diagnoses on present situation. Also we studied traffic problem, multiplex multifunction problem as well as the problem about maintaining the local culture characteristic. The plan regarding Yujiapu Area's spatial plan and the city layout was proposed. In addition, we also proposed the concrete plan such as organization, financing means and the spatial development strategy and so on. We recommended the project data-base, arranged implemental stage, which provided the frame foundation for the later plans and the constructing work. All these will facilitate the government to attract investing and the implementation of the layout.
