| The visual display system of flight simulator whose main function is to show the graphic images to the pilot is the key equipment to embody the simulation degree of the flight simulator. This system will affect the integrated equipment performance directly. Wide-Angle Infinity Display Equipment (WIDE) which is composed of projector, back projection screen and collimating mirror is the main display method in large-scale simulators these days. Collimating mirror is one of the important equipments in WIDE system.Film mirror is a new type of collimating mirror in WIDE system recently. It is formed by tensioning mirror film through suction pressure with light weight, high accuracy and large diameter. Problems about film mirror forming are being researched in this thesis. At first, the mechanical characteristics of the mirror film are analyzed, the finite element equation of the mirror film deformation which involves only geometrical nonlinearity is established, and the method to solve the equation and the convergence criteria are illuminated.Then, the method to solve the finite element equation of the mirror film deformation by ANSYS is discussed. The solving process is provided, the displacement load function is educed, the method to apply pressure load is chosen, and the finite element equation is solved. Based on analyzing the results, the theoretic pressure when the film mirror reaches the required surface is found, and the surface form accuracy is analyzed. The stress distribution cloud images of the film deformation under the theoretic pressure and the stress distribution condition of the ultimate pressure are also provided in this thesis.At last, the scheme of suction pressure control is provided, including the control process, the analysis of choosing the controller, sensor, and vacuum pump, and the suction control circuit diagram. |
