Analysis And Evaluation On The Vehicle Operation Safety Of Freeway Entrance And Exit Ramp

As the carrying mileage of freeway increasing, it is playing more important part in the field of road traffic, the entrance and the exit ramp is considered as the only channel which connected freeway and other ranks roads relative to the main route of freeway has lower design standard and more restrict condition which makes the driving safety problem weaker and weaker, As the development of economy and increasing of traffic, its safety status will be even worse. While analysis on the vehicle operation of freeway ramp will propose scientific thereunder to implement vehicle safety technology countermeasure of ramp, consequently improve the safety level of the whole freeway.This paper research on the entrance and exit ramp of freeway, analyzing the relation between the factor and vehicle operation in the ramp and the vehicle operation behavior, adopting the theory of kinematics, it is analyzed the safety restricting conditions of vehicle operation under each operation manner. Adopting the modificatory addition analyzing method to calculate the vehicle operation danger coefficient, utilizing the static and analyzing outcome of the accident data we have to inquire the technical safeguard measure of vehicle operation safety of rump, selecting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the safety evaluation model of ramp, adopting the fuzzy static analyzing theory to calculate the rank standard of each evaluation factor.This paper expatiate each factor infecting to the vehicle operation safety, introducing the moving character of vehicle in rump, emphatic analyzing the safety restricting conditions during vehicle changing the lane, and offering the safety restricting equations, electing the representative index of vehicle operation to calculate the vehicle operation dangerous coefficient. Then, basing on the fuzzy static and analyzing of owning accident data we have, the rank standard of each index in the evaluation model is fixed. Finally, basing on the accident data we have, the technique safeguard measure aiming at vehicle operation safety is proposed, and which is confirmed by example.According to above-mentioned research conclusion and steps, this paper analyze the vehicle operation safety of freeway entrance and exit ramp, listing the restricting equation of vehicle safety operation and the calculating process of vehicle operation dangerous index establishing the safety evaluation model, and basing on the accident data, proposing the technical safeguard measure of vehicle operation systemically, and finally the evaluation model is proved effective by examples.
