In this paper, combining the numerical simulation results of temperature environment of Harbin subway station, make experimental research of subway waste heat-ground source heat pump system for the utilization of subway waste heat. By the multifunctional experimental equipment make performance experimental research of Waste Heat Source Pump and Ground Source Heat Pump respectively .By their characteristic curve, analyze the effect of subway's exhaust volumn, exhaust temperature, humidity etc on the performance of Subway Waste Heat Source Pump, and the the effect of the outflow temperature of heat exchanger on the performance of Ground Source Heat Pump. The performance characteristics of Hybrid Heat Pump under various conditions are analyzed by the experimental data.A holistic design on the application of a Hybrid (Subway Waste Heat-Ground Source) Heat Pump system is established in this dissertation, i.e. subway waste heat and ground heat are utilized together to afford heat load in winter. Three-system optimum running mode is adopted, which can be carried out to product heat and heat water or refrigerate and product heat water , the operating and controlling strategy is designed.Therefore theoretical basis is provided to continue further research and apply Hybrid Heat Pump system.The technique-economics analysis to Subway Waste Heat-Ground Source Heat Pump is made, economic parameters such as initial capital, annual operating cost, annual total cost, net present value, net present value ratio and static recovery period of initial cost are analyzed. A comparison of economic effectiveness between Subway Waste Heat-Ground Source Heat Pump and several kinds of traditional heating systems (the boiler of coal, oil, gas plus single air conditioner) is made; the results show that the Hybrid Heat Pump technology is feasible on technique and economics. The prediction and analysis of Subway Waste Heat-Ground Source Heat Pump system is achieved in harbin region.
