With the prominent energy problems, energy conservation is increasingly important inrecent years, people have been seeking for energy conservation and environmentalprotection technology to solve the problem of building with air conditioning energyconsumption. Ground source heat pump air conditioning technology is a newenergy-saving technology, which would transmit the heat coming from the building tounderground in summer, and would absorb the heat from the ground to heating thebuilding in winter. Generally underground temperature is relatively stable, so it greatlyincreased energy efficiency ratio of the unit to achieve energy-saving effect. Groundsource heat pump system are divided into soil source heat pump, ground source heatpump and surface water source heat pump by cooling and heat sources. Ground sourceheat pump technology’s development in our country is relatively late, at first onlyexperimental study was beginning at school. While our country government at alllevels and relevant departments have issued some policies to promote ground sourceheat pump technology in recent years. Through the policy subsidy and so on thegovernment means to guide the application and practice of ground source heat pumptechnology, in some parts the government set up demonstration project to applicateground source heat pump technology. Under the government vigorous publicity,ground source heat pump technology got into a new climax of the development.We should develop the ground source heat pump technology, but at the same time theimpact factors should be considered, because we can not blindly ignore theapplicability of the ground source heat pump technology in response to the policy.Firstly, this paper used the principal components analytic method to analyze themain factors influencing the ground source heat pump technology application,concluded that there are six main influence components, namely market effect factors,the influence of the installation of enterprise scale, operation and management factors,the influence of the investment scale, the influence of the environment and theinfluence of technology type. Secondly according to draw the influence factors ofground source heat pump technology and the applicability of the concept, summarizedthe framework of the applicability analysis on ground source heat pump technology,namely, the aspects of environment, market, investment efficiency and the operatingeffects are used to the applicability analysis of ground source heat pump technology.Then take hang Zhou area for example, the paper concluded that environmentalconditions are suitable for promotion of ground source heat pump technology, butwater source heat pump technology is limited by police. Besides ground source heatpump is more economic than traditional air conditioning by the payback period ofinvestment evaluation indexes, then refolding source heat pump system of the marketapplication and running effect, this paper concluded that effect of the soil source heatpump technology application in smaller villa construction is good, and the largerbuildings such as office buildings which the total heat release is greater than the totalannual heat can uses the hybrid ground source heat pump technology. Finally problemsarising from the base source heat pump application in society should adopt themeasures and put forward other systemic Suggestions to speed up the popularizationand application of the ground source heat pump technology, in order to effectivelypromote the sustainable development of ground source heat pump technology.
