Electric vehicles(EV) is at least one power source for the vehicle power supply.Including three types.They are pure electric vehicles,hybrid electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles.Facing oil energy shortage and environmental pressure,the world's developed countries have spent huge sums of money for research and development as well as relevant policies and regulations to promote the development of electric vehicles.The electric vehicle battery technology is the key.AFC,PAFC and MCFC,PEM FC,zinc-air battery,and so on fuel cells are available.Zinc-air batteries takes advantage in all aspects.In this paper the design-cycle time can be automatically added zinc-air fuel cell power control system.Circulating battery control system is mainly to solve the past interpolation block mechanical charge inconvenient,not to practicality,can not automatically add fuel,automatically exclude waste residue.Automatic circulating zinc air fuel cell electrolyte can be automatically added automatically slag discharge,automatic oxygen,automatically adding fuel.In this paper,a zinc-air fuel cell engine for the study,the use of fuel cell engine controller CAN(Controller Area Network Controller Area Network) for the transmission of information,the paper chose ST7 MCU series for the ST7256 chip as a hardware platform.Zinc-air fuel cell is a high-capacity,long time use,it can be mechanical supply fuel battery.It constitutes from the zinc-air fuel cell engine is a multi-input,multi-output control of the complex object,it is difficult to establish a unified,accurate mathematical model.This paper will be divided into multiple subsystems such engines were investigated. For the electrolyte concentration of control systems,pressure swing adsorption oxygen control systems,fuzzy control algorithm used in this paper set up a fuzzy controller,the design of the corresponding fuzzy control algorithms,and programming language used to achieve the control algorithm.At last the paper uses MATLAB simulink to establish the models for the former two subsystems.A first step study has been done on the capability of the models.The result that the paper has got is satisfying.
