The development of global economic integration and the modern information technology deepens the cooperation of the modern enterprises, simultaneously, also intensifies the enterprise's competition. The traditional single enterprise's competition has gradually changed into the competition of supply chains. Therefore, the modern logistics technology has become another significant promoter of enterprise core competence.The container transportation is a revolution in the history of transport, which is also a significant symbol of modern logistics development. The container terminal, which connecting the container transportation of water and land as the hub, is an important node of modern logistics. Therefore, the development of container terminal plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the economy development of the cities and regions which the container terminal lies in. At the same time, the rapid increase of container throughput caused by the gradual and annual increase of country export, and the developing trend of container ships' growing larger, have both raised higher requirement for container terminal of our country. Facing the domestic and foreign harbor's fierce competition, the management level, the production efficiency, running cost and the quality of service have become the core competence of container terminal. Therefore, in the development process of container terminal, it is essential to focus on its systematization and the rationalization of work flow, to provide a good loading and unloading service and reduce the turnaround time of the ships by its high operational efficiency.This paper, with consideration on container terminal's request and the complexity of resource allocation for container truck, mainly makes efforts in researching the truck process issue of container terminal while the technology of great operation side is engaged in. by means of the continuous extension and analysis of assumed conditions and objective functions on truck process issue, in this paper, the issues are transferred into the issue of ATSP, MDVSP, VRP and so on. Additionally, the corresponding mathematical models are involved in. Finally, in accordance with the practical situation, the truck process and shore container crane operation are combined to establish the truck process model in line with shore container crane.Due to the fact that the solution of the established model is an NP-hard problem, the swarm intelligence one of the modern optimization algorithms is engaged in this paper. It mainly combines the ant colony algorithm and particle swarm optimization to form the swarm intelligence mix algorithm to carry out the solution.Via a case which simulate the real situation that the container terminal provide service for several ships simultaneously, the swarm intelligence mix algorithm engaged in this paper has a good convergent performance and get a better result than the handling technology of "production line". These results indicate that the model and algorithm posed at this paper have certain practical significance in solving the truck process problem of container terminal.
