The increasing cost of fuel,the strict on environmental norms and the increasing in the fierce competition,the shipping companies face cost pressures,resulting in their pursuit with the strong desire to save costs.This paper describes characteristics of tug& anchor and supply vessel,proposes new energy-saving technologies which used in the land buildings-heat pump can be used in this vessel and designs a marine Multiple Source Heat Pump system program.Through this study,this technology can be applied in tug& anchor and supply vessel to save fuel consumption and reduce emission, thereby reducing the operating costs of such ships.First,this thesis introduces several commonly usages of air-conditioning heating in winter in ship,analysis the idea of using steam heating in winter for ships,gives a brief account of the characteristics of heat pump,and bases the related studies of home and abroad,from the characteristics of tug& anchor and supply vessel,put forward ideas of using heat pump technology for such ships heating in winter.Second,this thesis introduces the basic principles and evaluation parameters of heat pump and analysis the work cycle of sea water-source heat pump and the basic factors impact of sea water-source heat pump.It is clear that in the use of sea water-source heat pump on ship and its low-temperature heat source can be guaranteed. Then basis on the introduction of heat pump cycle of screw compressor with economizer,proposes the model of Multiple Source Heat Pump and expatiates the realization process of this cycle with referenced the relevant national technical standards. After that,this thesis puts forward the marine Multiple Source Heat Pump system program according to the fact of tug& anchor and supply vessel.Third,this thesis introduces the main content of vapor compression heat pump system designing,and fixes the state parameters by thermodynamic calculation.Then it gives the general method and idea of required equipment selection.As an example,the design of Multiple Source Heat Pump system used in model vessel to do the thermodynamic calculation and required equipment selection. Finally,this thesis applies the economic analysis method to check the thermal economy of designed project.The results show that the designed project is a good device from a view of energy-saving point.Meanwhile,in order to avoid the″energy-saving does not save money″,this thesis do the investment recovery period calculation of designed project used in model ship by use of the investment recovery period analysis.So that the design is economically feasible.The purpose of this thesis basics on the characterizes of tug& anchor and supply vessel air-conditioning system,analysis the economically feasibility of Multiple Source Heat Pump and gives the reference of such ship.
