Induction heating power supply is widely used in metal heating treatment industrial nowadays.It could satisfy almost all the requirements in heating treatment,Because of so many useful ways,it has a powerful pushing force for national economy.In this paper,the principium and evolutions of induction heating are simply introduced,all kinds of power control methods are analyzed and compared,then,a power control method——phase shift PWM control.Detail operation principle,math analysis of the characteristics and design algorithm for such a novel topology are presented.The inverter control strategy and the protections of this topology were detailed analyzed in this thesis too.Based on the above-all study,the design and experiment of experimental device has been completed,including power circuit,control circuit,IGBT buffer circuit,sampling circuit,protecting circuit and driving circuit.CD4046 has been selected as controller to control the inverter.And it's control method is frequency variety control.The computer Simulations verify the theoretical analysis of this novel topology.
