The high-speed and light frame is the trends for the design of the rotating rapidly machine. It will improve the performance of the rotating machine and bring out some unstable phenomena. So with the rapidly development of the computer technology technicians should use the computer to resolve the problems. It is a powerful shortcut to model the rotor system to do some system simulation and to control your model in the computer whit the soft wares.This paper proceeds from actual conditions of the rotor working. It does some initial research to model the rotor system taking into account the foundation influence. We simply built the equation of dynamics in accordance with the model provided by the paper and use the method of we choose.Accounting to the analysis and calculation methods for the rotor system, this paper selected ANSYS finite analysis software that has been regarded as the mature one. Use this software, the paper model the three disks rotor and do the dynamic analysis of the system. All the result has been given by some pictures and forms. With the analysis of the result calculated by the ANSYS, we can find that this software can simulate this rotor system correctly. Contours got form the ANSYS can vividly and really description the response of the rotor acted by force.Accounting to rotor system which exist a lot of uncertainties, the paper selects the robust theory to do the vibration control. Under the reading of the theories, using the one disk rotor model, this paper studied out the H∞near-optimum control systems and use the Simulink toolbox of the MATLAB to simulate the system design by this paper. The result is ideal.In this article we discuss the scheme of using the CSFDB to actively control the vibration and calculate the unbalanced response of the rotor system with the method of the Riccati Transference Matrix Method (TMM) by using the MATLAB software. We draw out the rotor response and the tracks of mass centers individually when the rotor system acted on critical speed or not.Nowadays, there are lots of soft wares constantly emerging base by the finite theory. Some of them can do nonlinear analysis of the rotor system. So it is the trend to use the computer to do simulation. It is important to realize the online compensate when research of the methods and technologies of the rotor system with the parameter uncertainties. The controller must be robust for disturbance of the parameters and stimulus force. This design must make the system more stable with the vibration controlled.
