In this paper, a hybrid simulation of hydraulic excavators load loading system has been studied, particularly focused on electronic testing and control methods of hydraulic loading system. The article detailed the e-hydraulic control system, including the following:(1) Research and comparison of the current electronic monitoring and control methods applied to hydraulic loading systerm, choose DSP controller as the core of Hydraulic Control System, The monitoring and controlling features using DSP on the hydraulic system has been studied, and the related technology of its hardware circuits designing has been elaborated.(2) Research the software design of the DSP embedded system, through transplanting DSP/BIOS operating system, designing DSP driver and applications, making the DSP capable of Handling multi-channel data acquisition, multi-channel communication and other functions.(3) A physical simulation method has been designed through the realization of real-time communications between SIMULINK software and DSP controller. The specific physical simulation method based on the RTDX technology has been discussed in this paper.(4) PC monitoring software has been designed. The operator can monitor and control the hydraulic system in this software platform, In addition, the monitoring software also integrates document management and data analysis capabilities. The method of PC software design has been discussed in detail in this paper.Through the above embedded hardware, embedded software, physical simulation software and PC monitoring software design, the control system design completed.(5) The control method of the load loading system has been reseached. First of all, established the mathematical model of variable pump and relief, then, identified the model parameters using MATLAB tool; Next, studied the torque distribution strategy and the neural networks in closed-loop contro on the loading system;Finally, Completed the test of load simulation of hybrid source.
