Spinning is an important component of the advance mechanical technique. Spinning technique which belongs to rotary shaping field is a local continuous plasticity shaping procession. This technique which is greatly used in the field of civil and army industry like common mechanical, automobile, aviation and space flight, rocket and missile, weapons and so on. It is used to form thin wall hollow key components. Flow-forming machines's contouring system is very important to the spinning processed products' quality and working accuracy's influence. The studied hydraulic system of the large scale vertical type strong force spinning machine in this project is composed of rotary wheel seat portrait hydraulic system, landscape orientation hydraulic system, auxiliary system. The rotary wheel seat profile modeling which is composed of the portrait and landscape orientation hydraulic system uses servo valve to control the displacement of the cylinder, through inputting the preset variable control regulating signal which is designed to satisfy the machine precision demand, the displacement of the cylinder can be controlled precisely, also the machine precision can be satisfied. The application of electro hydraulic proportional servo technique improves the control characteristic of the whole system, simplifies system configuration, also reduces the cost and enhances the reliability of the system. Based on the contents and features of the study, the thesis is divided into five chapters as below:The first chapter generally summarizes the information of the spinning technology, the spinning craft's classification and the work, the strong force spinning processing's characteristic and the application and introduces the research status at home and abroad, elaborated this topic research goal and the significance.The second chapter narrated the electro hydraulic proportional servo technique development and Large-scale vertical type strong force spinning machines's electro hydraulic proportional servo system, introduced the Simens the 840D control module which has used in hydraulic system and established the simulation model of the hydraulic ram, 840D the PLC control module.The third chapter is the system design of hydraulic system of the large scale vertical type strong force spinning machine's electro hydraulic proportional servo system and the main system simulation analysis. Based on the technic request of the machine, the portrait and landscape orientation hydraulic system is computed at static state condition and the main elements have been choiced, and then had the system simulathon analysis at the dynamic.The fourth chapter explained the large scale vertical type strong force spinning machine hydraulic system's layout and the installment, and analysis the phenomenon which appears at the proess of complete machine debug.The fifth chapter summarized this topic prime task, and the usefle of the large scale vertical type strong force spinning machine in industry processing application, the possible research prospect to have carried on the forecast in the future.
