This paper introduces the development and principle, and present study situation of electrohydraulic proportional control system, and the work principle and every component of electrohydraulic proportional valve loading system of test platform are analyzed in detail,and emphasesly introduces the structure, work principle and characteristic of the electrohydraulic proportional throttle valve and the electrohydraulic proportional overflow valve.Through theory modelling, establishing the mathematics model of the electrohydraulic proportional overflow valve loading system. Carried on with least squares method to the system has recognized,obtained the electrohydraulic proportional overflow valve loading system transferfunction.The pape makes dynamic particular analysis of the response of the system, also drawing the Bode figure of open loop system.In view of enough instable Properties of the system, we made use of PID controller to carry on correcting to the system in the thesis, after getting to correct the dynamic state characteristic of system, comparing finally the dynamic state function of the system index sign of before correcting correct with PID behind, result enunciation: PID controller extremely solves the contradiction of fast properties and minor adjustment, and brings the better dynamic characteristic to the the electrohydraulic proportional overflow valve loading system to attain the expected objective. Theory analysis and simulation result indicates that system adoption PID a control can obtain more satisfied control result.
