| The CAT Test-bed Used in Electro-hydraulic Servo Regulator for Ship's Rudder is an essential equipment to test the dynamic and static performance and confirm the analysis depended on theory and the computer simulation during the process of developing a new product. This paper is about the researching and producing of The CAT Test-bed Used in Electro-hydraulic Servo Regulator for Ship's Rudder.At present, there is no standard for testing CAT Test-bed Used in Electro-hydraulic Servo Regulator for Ship's Rudder. In this paper, it firstly ascertained the testing project and the way to test it according to the working principle of CAT Test-bed Used in Electro-hydraulic Servo Regulator for Ship's Rudder and the testing principle of Electro-hydraulic Servo system. Then it completed the overall design and the hardware building. The CAT test-bed's software system is designed by Visual Basic, which includes several models. This paper analyses the error resource from both software factors and hardware factors, provides several ways to resist the disturbing referring to the special condition of the testing environment which has advance in its stability, reliability and precision, in the end, using the sample we have done some experiment, obtaining the result, and analyze it.This CAT test-bed is on working now. It has completed the dynamic and static test on electro-hydraulic servo regulator achieving the program test listed on the experimental program. The result indicated that this CAT test-bed is ease of operation, safe, reliable with complete function and reasonable technology plan and economic,. At the same time, it provides a good general and expansive performance. It can not only achieve the Electro- hydraulic Servo Regulator for Ship's Rudder's level of leaving the factory, but also provide the way to research and promote its performance. At the same time, the idea to conceive a CAT system and the way to promote the testing precise, stability, and reliability and the data processing method introduced in this paper has general performance and practical value to some extent. |
