Research On Internal Control For Bijiashan Water Treatment Plants Project

Construction Project Internal Control is a hot topic under study. The objective Construction Project Internal Control is to keep away error and malpractices of project management to improve capital using efficiency. Because the regulations of Construction Project Internal Control of China are being made, it is important to get experience together to improve investment profits and investment management.The capacity of Bijiashan Water Treatment Plant of Shenzhen Water Group is 260kt/d conventional treatment (phase I) and 260kt/d deep treatment (phase II). It is started on Aug.18,2003,and completed on May 19 with total investment of 180 millions Yuan. Internal Control of Construction Project Investment is a system project, it is needed to manage and control all the phases with all dimensions. The function of Internal Control is fully applied, but also the economic profits and management efficiency is improved. According to the knowledge of Internal Control, the experience and problems about control such as control environmental of construction project, construction project decision-making, budget, payment, complete balance, etc are analyzed. The thesis gives a set of methods for the management on control of the construction project. In the end, this thesis summarizes the relevant researches, discusses more key questions, with an eye to reach some conclusions worthy to be used for those same kind of construction project of investment manage.
