Accuracy of temperature measurement is not only affected by object emissivity, environment temperature, measurement distance, but also by the building of the mathematical model, calibration techniques. Analysis the affection factor is the major task for the test System of Infrared Thermometer Performance. With the application of virtual instrument, the factors are fully discussed.Resort of the graphics language and powerful hardware, Virtual instrument has remarkable advantage in Test System. The process of test system is iterative, Virtual Instrument provides various application projects, which can be easily updated to adapt the new situation.In this paper, three mathematical models are discussed, they are respectively based on calibration factor, brightness temperature, reference temperature. In the first two models, object temperature would be affected by calibration constant or brightness temperature.With the exertion of Labview, the linear least square method is carried out. Curve fitting, temperature measurement equation, mean-square deviation are accomplished in this program. Meanwhile, the measurement point and fitting curve can be displayed in one window; the method of Pyrometer Wavelength Function can analyze the error of wave length, the error of reference temperature, and how much would be counted in the error of temperature measurement.Based on the experimentation, gain the result of accuracy of temperature measurement caused by the object emissivity, environment temperature, measurement distance. At last, bring forward an arithmetic, Neural Net. It can take a integrated consideration of the complicated factors. With the exertion of Labview, get the neural network training, accomplish two net input training, which are the temperature signal voltage and measurement distance.
