Fans are be used extensively, In power plant, petrochemical engineering, tunnel ventilating,energy and power, air conditioner's refrigerating system and so on, and it is also one of the key component in these application. Not only the fan itself should be improved continually,to meet various accrual demand, but also in many systems, it be supposed to reach Optimal Matching with other parts such as air inlet box ,pipeline, exchanger and so on. S o that exact measure of various parameters are indispensable. According to the standard of ANSI/AMCA 210– 85, ANSI/ASHRAE 51– 1985 and GB/T7725– 1996.The thesis design and manufacture a automated Fan test system. It is important to heighten input air reduce noise and improve influx quality.On the base of experience, this thesis depiction the total design scheme and workflow of two different major structure fan test systems that are most applied in air condition system. At the same time the measure of the major parameters are analyzed in the thesis. According to the problem faced in debugging, the thesis tries to make use of the method of numerical simulation to hold the influx of the test system, and tries to analyze it from essence. So the work of full size numerical simulation of the two different major structures has been done. The compare of the result of numerical simulation with practical measure proves the exact of test system in some degree.The reach of flow of part of outlet of nozzle is useful to optimize the local structure. And the thesis compares the result of measure practical measure before the improvement with after. For the complicated structure of air inlet box in detachable test system, to make sure air flow in measure set with high quality ,several flow deflector of different form are be designed. The relative reach proves theory reference for practical work.
