| As a kind of car parking facility,automated parking system plays a great role in solving the problem of urban parking difficulty.The traditional parking equipment mainly concentrates on the small moving equipment.Its structure is simple,the cost is low,the degree of intelligence is low,and the parking capacity is limited.With the increasing density of urban population and the increasing number of cars,the design and research work of large intelligent automated parking system is becoming increasingly urgent.The automated parking system designed in this paper is not only met the requirements of large scale,with the capacity of more than 700 parking spaces,but also realized the full automation,making the car owners more conveniently and quickly to access their cars.Based on the design scheme of large intelligent automated parking systemat home and abroad,the following design and research contents are made.:1.The development process of automated parking system at home and abroad is introduced.Comparing different types of automated parking system,referring to the German public "Car Tower" automated parking system,,and using the bibliographical information such as the Manual of steel structure design and manual of building steel,a large bicircular and radial arranged automated car parking system with the capacity of more than 700 parking spaces is designed.The structure is composed of three elevators in operation at the same time,which improves the efficiency of car accessing.2.It make a detailed design description about the automated parking system steel structure and the main transport system structure in this paper,the lifting mechanism is made of 6 vertical column can bear greater load,the entire parking system is equipped with three lifting system which can work at the same time.The radial transfer mechanism adopts the motor reducer to drive the running device.The skeleton is welded by the channel steel and is equipped with a two-way hydraulic cylinder to drag and pull the vehicle to and out of the parking space.The circumferential transport car adopts the same motor reducer transmission system with radial transport mechanism,which can simultaneously carry radial access mechanism,the car board and the cars to be accessed and run smoothly to the corresponding parking space.In addition the design of the splicing board is lightweight and durable,meet the requirements of the high strength design under heavy load,and elegant appearance.3.The main structure of the automated parking system is analyzed by the finite element analysis.The statics and dynamics analysis are carried out on the car frame according to the different working conditions,and the strength and stiffness requirements of the cabin frame in the actual operation process are verified.The static analysis of the strength stiffness and the stability of the pressure bar of the steel structure bearing part of the automated parking system is made,and the corresponding analysis is made to the beam.The results show that the whole automated parking system conforms to the requirements of the architectural design.4.The radial access mechanism established in UG is introduced into the ADAMS.After the load constraint is applied,the kinematics virtual prototype is simulated.The speed of the gear axis and the time domain map of gear rodent force and the frequency domain are simulated.The result is compared with the theoretical value,the error value is very small,and the correctness of the virtual prototype model is verified,at the same time,it is good for the transmission system of the future mechanism.It has made certain guidance work. |
