Intracranial pressure is intraventricular pressure. Intracranial hypertension is a common clinical symptoms, which could make the patient maimed and even killed. Intracranial Pressure Monitor is used to monitor intracranial pressure in hospital. Drainage, perfusion and alternation are treatment methods to the intracranial hypertension patient. The design of Comprehensive Intracranial Pressure Monitor, which integrated pressure monitoring function, drainage function, perfusion function and Alternation function, satisfies the exigent demand of the medical apparatus market.In this paple, the principle of drainage function, perfusion function and Alternation function is researched and a prototype system of Comprehensive Intracranial Pressure Monitor is designed which integrated this three important function.In order to achieve drainage function, design the drainage volume controlling mechanism and drainage volume monitoring device. Drainage volume controlling mechanism is a cam mechanism which is controlled by stepmotor, and by changing the position of the cam to adjust the volume of drainage liquid. Drainage volume monitoring device consists of photoelectric sensor circuit and signal amplifying circuit. Photoelectric sensor circuit outputs low-voltage when the photoelectric sensor is obstructed. The droplet signal of drainage liquid detected by Drainage volume monitoring device is amplified and transmitted into SCM.In order to achieve Perfusion function, design perfusion volume monitoring and controlling mechanism. Perfusion volume monitoring and controlling mechanism consist of screw mechanism, leader mechanism and connecting rod mechanism. Screw mechanism converts rotational motion of stepmotor into linear motion, which is utilized by connecting rod mechanism to push the syringe.Alternation is the alternating display of drainage and perfusion.To achieve this three core functions, controlling program and operating software must be designed. The former is used to control mechanisms and device, and the latter is used as the interaction platform of user and the prototype system.Rationality and usability of the designing is validated by drainage experiment, perfusion experiment and alternation experiment.
