In recent years,regional waterlogging often occurs due to the frequent occurrence of natural disasters caused by climate anomalies,especially short-duration rainstorms or persistent precipitation.It will cause damage or loss to local production,life and property safety if the waterlogging is not discharged in time.The drainage pumping station plays an important role in the regional drainage system.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research and application of the optimal operation of the drainage pumping station.According to the tasks and requirements of different drainage scenarios(daily drainage,super-standard drainage,pre-lowering water level stage and emergency drainage stage)of drainage pumping stations,the paper constructs multi-objective nonlinear mathematical optimization models of maximum rainage volume and minimum power consumption cost for a single-pumpunit and multi-pumpunit in drainage pumping station considering constraints such as operating power and different shutdown times.The modle is solved by onedimensional dynamic programming method and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.Before solving the optimization model,the three-dimensional performance surface of the pump is first fitted to establish the relationship among the elements in the running state of the pump.Then the optimization effects of the two algorithms are compared and analyzed.Meanwhile,the influence of the improved particle swarm parameters is analyzed.The results show that the selection of 150 particles and 2000 iterations is appropriate for this kind of model.Taking the drainage of Jiangdu No.3 Pumping Station in Lixiahe regions an example,this paper studies the optimal operation of blade angle ajustment,speed ajustment,blade angle and speed ajustment of single pumpunit,multi-pumpunit blade angle ajustment and blade speed ajustment.The maximum water dicharge,actual power consumption cost and unit cost drainage under a series of cost constraints are obtained,likewise the corresponding decisionmaking schemes of unit start-up or shutdown,blade angle and speed in different periods.In the meantime,the influence of different shutdown times on the optimization results is analyzed,and optimal operation suggestions of drainage pumping station under different drainage scenarios are put forward:(1)In the stage of exceeding standard drainage or emergency drainage,it is advisable to control the unit to operate in the range of 80%-90%of its maximum power consumption cost considering ontinuous operation of pumping station without stopping.In this range,the unit cost drainage volume is the optimal,in the meantime both drainage volume and power consumption cost are better.(2)In the stage of prelowering water level stage,the number of shutdowns can be considered,and the unit should be controlled to operate in the range of 30%-75%of the maximum power consumption cost,because more drainage volume and unit cost drainage volume can be obtained in this range.(3)In the stage of daily drainage,it is no need to consider shutdowns constraints.It is suggested that the unit operate below 50%of the maximum power consumption cost,because the main purpose is to save energy consumption.Although drainage volume and power consumption cost are both less,the unit cost drainage volume is more in this range.(4)According to whether blade angle and speed both keep consistent respectively among same type units in the same period,the two operation modes of multi-pump unit are divided.Their maximum drainage volume or unit cost drainage volume under different costs is generally close to each other.Considering the convenience of operation management,it is recommended to adopt the same blade angle and speed among same type units in the same period.The above suggestions provide optimal operation schemes for drainage pumping stations in flood season,which can be used as decision-making reference for the management department of pumping stations.
