As the great development both in daily life and technology, Comfort of Cab and how to debase the vehicle vibration become more and more important in vehicle designing. Research& Optimization on the Suspension system of business vehicle Cab have great significance in improving the Comfort of Cab.This thesis summarizes the present research situation in vehicle vibration performance, analyzes the development trend of the technology using in this area, and discusses the domestic researching levels of the vehicle vibration performance which counting Suspension system of business vehicle Cab. Then, an idea of building two models synthetically and use modern optimization technology to analyze and optimize the commercial vehicle's Suspension system of business vehicle Cab presented, one is a FRF-based (frequency response function) Rigid system model, the other one is a FRF-based Flexible system model. In the latter model, Transmission path contribution method will be used as an inverse subtracting approach to analyze vehicle system NVH response. Those two models based on optimization could be built in MATLAB/EDITOR and MATLAB/SIMULINK to make them can be processed and analyzed by the great power of MATLAB software. After building two different models in MATLAB, optimization can be processed by creating an optimization-program in MATLAB editor, respectively. When two different optimization-programs run over, it gives out two different results that all get good advantages. Afterwards, those two results have been studied and analyzed synthetically to find a final &better optimization-method.All the studies in this thesis offer a valuable analysis method to suspension system of business vehicle Cab, and a fine, available optimization method to the same kind of study.
