The assessment of share percentage for inhabitant's traffic modes is an import part in the program of city traffic layout. It is the issue that all our workers pay attention to. Our city traffic is on the period of structurally change, it is becomes much more important for us to assess the inhabitant's traffic modes in exactly and make sure our traffic layout and management to be scientifically, In this case, we need analysis the effect and decision-making of inhabitant's traffic modes, herein, to keep on the essence of the traffic model and enable our assessment to be more accurately.To begin with the factors that effect resident's movement, this article analyzed in detail the action of travelers' behavior. It was included those factors as economy, character of transportation system, psychology and activity organism of resident's movement, the utilization and decision analysis,analysis and improvement of disaggregate model, on which are effected residents movement.Travelers' behavior is one of human being's actions. Same, it is restricted from not only externally but also psychologically. In this case, it was necessary to analyses their psychology when study on the choice of resident's movement. This article dwells on the psychology in common, the rule of psychology and psychology individually of the resident's movement.By study from previous information, this article also adapted the Consume Analyses that comes from Economics It also discussed about the utilization decision-making system of resident's movement, and probe into usefully the process and mode of decision-making.Based on disaggregating model that have been attached more and more important, this article further discussed the utilization analysis. The traditional utilization analysis of disaggregating model was worked in accordance with compensation principles, which have difference from the resident's movement. However, this article integrated the action of residents, indicated its imperfect, and combine it with non-compensation principle,so that enabled the model to be stronger explanation.
