As a large-scale power plant, gas turbine widely used in power generation and various industrial fields. Studies of gas turbine blades fatigue life on thermal power generation equipment to ensure the safety, economic operation is great significance. In order to ensure the stability and reliability of gas turbines during service time, the turbine blades is on the urgent need for strength and fatigue life calculations and verification. In this paper, around the gas turbine blades fatigue life theory and methodology of calculation, low cycle-multiaxial fatigue life at high-temperature of the large gas turbine blades for power field is researched.The main content and results are as follows:First of all, in the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, due to the gas turbine blades in the centrifugal load and the role of the heat load, carried out a thermal-plastic stress and strain analysis of the turbine blade, to gain stress and strain distribution of blade and get the risk points of fatigue damage, to prepare for fatigue life assessment of the blade.Secondly, to carry out contact analysis when rabbet, alveolus are at the state of gap and surplus with, and then to work out the stress distribution of rabbet. At the same time, discuss the influence to tenon stress on the tooth at the different amounts of surplus .Finally, through analysis of gas turbine blades environment with high-temperature multiaxial non-ratio load, combined with the current research of multiaxial fatigue life theory, Manson-Coffin ,SWT equation is amended , to give the new fatigue life formula of the turbine blades and calculate a gas turbine blade of fatigue / creep life using the new method.
