The key technology of superlift system which is the important part for increase crawler crane's lifting capacity is based on the subjective imagination and analogy status,not forming the theory guidance.With the background of FQUY500 crawler crane project,developed by School of Mechanical Engineering of Dalian University of Technology and Foton Lovol International Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper researches in the structure optimization design and movement of superlift system,the main contents are as follows:(1) Taking the lifting capacity and structure parameters of FQUY500 for example,the length parameter of superlift is calculated for all main boom lengths and working radiuses, finally confirming the reasonable length of superlift.According to the optimization result of superlift,comparing the lifting capacity between two kinds of superlift parameters,the reasonable of optimization result is confirmed.(2) The A-frame is calculated of different length and working angle,receiving the force data of main derricking rope,back stay of superlift,A-frame.By analysising the data we get the force curves.The different prat's force direction can be gotten from the curves.(3) During the lifting process,the compatibility of deformation of superlift and stay affect the counterweight of superlift's radius and height by simulation calculating,research the compatibility of deformation of superlift system's effect degree to counterweight of superlift.(4) The superstructure system with definite load is calculated through simulation during the slewing process,we can get the correlative data of superlift system and provide guidance for design of other types crawler crane.(5) This paper introduces the self-assemply process of crawler crane with superlift and analysises the present structure of counterweight self-assemply,the ameliorated structure's feasibility is proved by simulation calculating.
