With the rapid development of engineering construction, crawler crane has been widely applied. In order to improve crane lifting performance, the engineer add a device on the gibbet to improve the stress state of hoist-superlift configuration. Structure design of superlift configuration in domestic has not form their own theoretical design guidance at present.It is necessary to analysis the structure characteristics of superlift configuration aiming at these problems. The subject designs reasonable structure parameters for a superlift configuration taking an example of 3500t crawler crane. The main works are as follows:The overall system structure design of superlift configuration:The subject sets up a simple overall mechanical model and calculates the location of the weight at the limit conditions by using the static method.In addition, puts forward the moving range. The subject sets the range as the requirements of the functional design, it determines the final plan by puting forward and analyzing three kinds of mobile superlift configuration which are the gear and rack superlift configuration, linkage superlift configuration and the car superlift configuration.The size parameters design of superlift configuration:Through using the genetic algorithm, the subject acquisits the system structure parameters and gives motion diagram of the superlift configuration. And then,the subject sets up a system software based on Matlab.At last, the subject builds reliability calculation model of the movement precision for the superlift configuration and calculates the maximum processing error in the right limit position 42.3m of the reliability is 95%.The Cross section parameter design of of the amplitude in superlift configuration::The subject selectes linkage superlift configuration structure for double beam structure of box section and calculates the section parameter according to the mechanics model by considering the strength, stiffness and stability.And then the subject optimizations the section parameter by using the first-order optimization method of ANSYS.At last,and then rounds the values.The welding parameter design of of the amplitude in superlift configuration:The subject simulates the welding temperature which is using ANSYS based on the orthogonal test and the initial temperature is 20°. The subject compares the influence on welding quality at different welding speed, welding current and welding pressure at the same time and gives a better welding speed, welding current and welding stress parameters.Study has shown that the subject provides a theoretical basis for the structure parameters of superlift configuration by analysis of the superlift configuration.
