The old mechanical hydraulic control system of Chengde thermal power plant, On the part of controllable and control function, the original and mechanical hydraulic control system of the old unit in the thermal power plant, can not satisfy the request of the coordinated control system and the automatic generation control any more. And what's more, it also has many weaknees in adjusting system like the high rate of hysteresis, the poor quality of adjusting, the valve controlling can't come true and so on. In this design , using the advanced digital electro hydraulic control system can manage all kinds of controlling strategy . It can satisfy the requst of the modern turbine adjusting system. At the part of security and reliability, it improve it very much.The main work and contributions of dissertation are summarized as follows:Firstly, this thesis study the development history and the present condition of the turbine adjusting system firstly. By studying the theory of mechanical hydraulic control (MHC ), analog electric hydraulic control (AEH), digital electric hydraulic control (DEH), analyzing the excellences and weanees of them, we work out the nessessity and possibility of that the DEH of turbine adjusting system retrofit.Secondly, this thesis analyses the ture example of digital electric hydraulic control system of Chengde thermal power plant. It introduced the design,function and the composition of the hardware in turbine adjusting system which has take the adjusting system update retrofit, also introdued the systems assembly realization of the high pressure fire—resistant oil system and the hydraulic service. The operation , This system makes the very good progress after the practical application, It has provided the effective model for the similar system's promotion transformation.
