Pneumatic ship unloader is one of the most common used equipment, in the port, for loading or unloading bulk materials, and the multi-degree of freedom arm is used for the traction and support of the pneumatic ship unloader's suction nozzle, which plays an important role in performance. In this paper, our main work is to research?analyze and desgin the pneumatic ship unloader arm's hydraulic and control system.For the hydraulic system of the pneumatic ship unloader's arm, in this paper, firstly, we analyze the basic working condition, in accordance with which, we propose the performance requirements for the design of the arm's hydraulic system; Secondly, we analyze and research the arm's traditional hydraulic system, which has a number of disadvantages such as high energy consumption?low efficiency and easily low frequency vibrating; Thirdly, we introduce the valve-control load sensitive system, and re-design the pneumatic ship unloader arm's hydraulic system, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems; Finally, we use AMESim software for the modeling and simulation of the arm's new hydraulic system, which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the pneumatic ship unloader arm's new hydraulic system.For the control system of the pneumatic ship unloader's arm, in this paper, firstly, we analyze the design principle and performance requirements of the arm's control system, in accordance with which, we propose the whole design scheme of the arm's control system; Secondly, as the arm's traditional control system has disadvantages such as no remote control and low control precision, we introduce the wireless communication technology?CAN bus technology?PWM electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and digital PID control technology, and establish the closed loop control system of the arm's terminal position, so as to realize the intelligent postion control; Finally, the transfer function method is adopted, for the mathmatical modeling of the arm's electrol-hydraulic proportional control system, and the Matlab/Simulink software is used for the modeling and simulation work, which verifies the feasibility and superiority of the arm's control system.In this paper, the penumatic ship unloader's new arm system has a number of advantages, such as energy-saving and cost-reducing?good speed rigidity?less low frequency vibration?remote control?intelligent control?rapid response speed and high control precision.
