Along with highway's development and the vehicle speed enhancement, the traffic accident becomes the stern question which the modern society faces, is threatening people's life and the property security day by day. In order to reduce traffic accident's occurrence, increasing the automobile auxiliary braking installment is the practical and feasible means to enhance automobile's brake effect, therefore, the automobile auxiliary braking system's development has became the important topic in our country highway transportation security domain. Today, our country is implementing the big area highway policy and the stream of vehicles density enhances day by day in the city, this question's research has important theory and practical significance. In view of our country automobile brake technical level and overseas brake technology, this dissertation has conducted the motor-driven auxiliary braking equipment research. This equipment is a driving auxiliary system aims at forward collision, it's major function is when danger appears, the actuation module actuate motor work, drawing the brake pedal, thus replaces the driver movement to complete the expectation of the brake process, reduces traffic accident's occurrence.This dissertation takes the vehicle active security domain as the research and the application background, and conducts the thorough research and the discussion on the motor-driven type automobile auxiliary braking installment's theory, the method and the applied technology and so on. The main research work includes:1) After scene on-the-spot investigation research and on the basis of collecting, collating and anglicizing a large number of domestic and foreign information, according to application demand of the practice, discussed the motor-driven vehicle auxiliary braking equipment basic frame and the structure feature, and aiming at the hydraulic (gas) pressure auxiliary braking system high cost and the electron vacuum booster (EVB) slow response speed and so on questions, carries on the auxiliary braking using the motor-driven to the vehicle.2) The dissertation researched and discussed thoroughly the transmission system's request and the characteristic. Aiming at the characteristic that the equipment and the original vehicle braking system must be able compatible and carry on switch reliably, we choose the ball-guide screw as the middle functional element that connect the footboard and the electrical machinery, and carries on the ball-guide screw parameterization modeling based on PRO/E.3) Through analyzes the vehicle auxiliary braking basic principle as well as the road capacity, the vehicle speed and the distance relations, we summarized the safe distance model request of the vehicle auxiliary braking system, and take this request as the foundation, established suitable safe distance model for the vehicle auxiliary braking system, simultaneously through consideration transportation custom, driver characteristic, driving comfortable and so on various factor influence, has established system's brake algorithm.Finally, based on the above research, this dissertation designed and built the motor-driven type vehicle auxiliary braking equipment experimental platform.
