This article studies an initiative safe docking system for aviation ground service equipment,which belongs to the field of aviation ground equipment.The aviation ground equipment docking with aircraft mainly includes containerized cargo loader,bulk cargo loader,passenger boarding ladder,aircraft food truck and boarding truck for disabled passengers.The above-mentioned equipment may cause collision with the aircraft due to improper operation of the driver,resulting in flight delay,aircraft skin damage or even more serious damage,resulting in great economic losses.In order to avoid aircraft collision accidents caused by improper operation of pilots,an active safety docking system is developed,including anti-collision active braking and safe docking aircraft module,which is mainly composed of signal acquisition system,automatic warning system,data recording system,low speed driving device,automatic brake control device,vehicle controller,etc.Ultrasonic radar,infrared photoelectric switch and travel switch are selected in the signal acquisition system to detect the state information of objects around the equipment and the equipment itself,and sends the signal to the vehicle controller for intelligent identification in real time,so as to ensure the reliability and stability of the signal.The automatic early warning system automatically turns on the sound warning according to the distance between the equipment and the aircraft to remind the driver of safe and compliance operation,and automatically turns on the warning light according to the driving gear of the equipment.It is convenient for external monitoring.The data recording system is used to record and store the data when the equipment enters the aircraft docking state.If there is any abnormal situation between the equipment and the aircraft,the data can be viewed and analyzed to find out the cause of the problem.The low speed driving device is used to realize the low speed(0.8km/h)driving requirements when docking the aircraft,the automatic brake control device is used to brake in the shortest distance when the driver does not operate according to the regulations.It also realizes the function of braking immediately after the equipment contacts the fuselage.This article focuses on the theoretical calculation and analysis of the automatic brake control,and installs real product on the equipment to verify the practical data.Within the range of the theoretical calculation data,the system can be adapted to the aviation ground equipment with different weights and braking forces,thus protecting the aircraft,and laying the foundation for the future development of unmanned ground service equipment.
