This paper mainly studies the research and development for electronic controlled multi-point sequential injecting gas engine.According to the relevant information both in domestic and abroad, this paper sets forth the status and development about the gas engine. And it also expounds the advantages and disadvantages as well as the application of varied gas engine. By combining the theoretical analysis, computer simulation calculation as well as the prototype test development, the writer made more detailed and in-depth study for the research and development of electronic controlled multi-point sequential injecting gas engine.By using the one-dimensional thermodynamic calculation boost software of AVL company, in order to the writer analysis respectively the influence to engine power, torque, fuel consumption and exhaust temperature, emissions and so on by various structures and parameters of supercharged match, gas injection pressure, gas jet moment, ignition timing and air-fuel ratio etc by taking the air intake, supercharged, intercooler, fuel injection, combustion as well as the emission as the target of thermodynamic calculation. Thus the writer tries to choose the suitable parameters through the combination of theoretical analysis and computer simulation calculation to guide the design of engine. And test the results by prototype test.According to the structure characteristics of A12V190PZL diesel engine, the writer determines the plan of transformation the natural gas program from original diesel engine. And make detailed design by determining the turbocharger, intercooler, air intake system, gas intake system, compression ratio, structure of intake port, engine electronic control systems, and electronic ignition system according to the calculation results. Determine the ignition timing, gas injection pressure, jet time and air-fuel ratio control by the test.Finally, the test results for the performance test of A12V190PZLCT gas engine are shown. The writer also analysis the influence by gas injection pressure, gas injection time air-fuel ratio and ignition timing to engine performance. Through the bench performance test, it shows that the multi-point sequential injection method is the most advanced hybrid gas control method so far. This method could realize the timing and quantitative gas supply to each cylinder. In this way, it could abate and eliminate the problems of increased HC emission and fuel consumption caused by escaping gas by valve overlapping. This is prone to realize the timing and quantitative gas supply and layered gas intake. According to the engine speed and load, the air-fuel ratio could be controlled more accurately, thus to improve the economic performance and emission characteristics of gas engine.
