In this thesis,the significance of coal bed gas as the alternative fuel in the aspects of energy saving and environment protection is analyzed firstly.The research actualities of gas engine and the technology of injection control are introduced.And then,aimed at the existent problems of injection control in gas engine,the main contents of the article are presented.Under the circumstances of fuel gas concentration changing,the air-fuel ratio of coal-bed gas engine should be controlled accurately,and then the need of performance and low emission of the engine could be meet.Based on researching on the request ion of gas engine performance,gas injection control strategies of different working-conditions,such as starting, idling,acceleration-deceleration,and the steady working condition,are presented.The general plan of the system based on CMAC and PID parallel control in the steady condition of engine is brought forward,which is proved to be feasible through simulation and analysis.A kind of ECU based on C8051F005 for multi-point injection control system of gas engine is development.It gets the proper injection value and outputs gas injection pulse signal in PWM according to the different control strategy of different working-conditions.The software includes main program,subroutine of signals collection and process, subroutines of injection control program under different situations.It has good expansibility and maintainability because of adoption of its modularization frame.Considering the influence of the outside interferences,effective anti-interference measures are taken to the software.In the end,the experiment of simulation and debug for the control system is carried out. Test shows that the control system can operate steadily according to design request ion.A foundation is established for the further development and application of multi-point injection control system of gas engine.
