Near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology can be using for qualitative and quantitative analysis the active ingredient of food and other substances, and thanks for many advantages such like non-destructive, rapid and real-time online testing, in recent years, near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology has become a hot research point of the developed countries. This thesis is exploration and research NIR (near infrared radio) micro-spectrometer's signal processing and analysis method under funded from Chongqing science and technology tackle key problem research projects.Aim at the specific application objects, thesis finished the analyze for national and international status quo of the NIR spectrometer's signal processing and analysis method and research, as well as did research on NIR micro-spectrometer's spectrum signal characteristics; did research about relevant Theories and Methods of NIR micro-spectrometer's signal processing and analysis; completed Spectrum Signal Processing and Analysis software design for NIR micro-spectrometer,. Through experimental verification, we successfully developed NIR Spectrum Signal Processing and Analysis System which is very close to practical using requirement. Thesis'main research active as follow:1. Aim at the specific application objects and the characteristics of NIR Spectrum Signal, we confirm the spectrum signal processing and analysis design scheme after we finished the analyze for national and international status quo of the NIR spectrometer's signal processing and analysis technology, especially consider with the visible micro-spectrometer signal processing system design which from Chongqing University Micro Systems Research Center.2. Done comparative analyze between several commonly methods used for spectrometer signal pretreatment. Thesis bring forward a new method to dynamic processing infrared detector's noise signal base on NIR micro-spectrometer's working principle which can effectively reduce System's noise signal and improve Sensitivity of the system.3. Aim at the specific application objects, thesis did research on NIR micro-spectrometer's signal analysis theory and method, confirm that will use the PCA and PLS method to analyze NIR spectral signal.4. Base on studying NIR spectral signal processing and analysis methods, thesis proposes the design and successfully completed NIR spectral signal processing and analysis system.5. Through typical experimental test, thesis proves that the NIR micro-spectrometer's spectral signal processing and analysis methods and software system can satisfy the requirements from practical spectral signal processing and analysis.
