The paper expound the prevention and monitoring of the fault of the hydraulit truck crane in the tribology system and hydraulit system. It studied wear principle and theoy of oil monitoring techniques, monitoring method match.quality of oil controlling method.using effeet of oil appraise, the fauld monitoring method appraise in the tribology system and lubricating system.the hydraulit system.the fault monitoring of equipment and so on.In the aspect of theoy study for tribology or wear, the paper present the surface interaction, shape of wear, style of wear fault, the wear principle and performance for wear particles of sticky wear, wearing materal wear, tired wear and fester wwear, the summary surface performance and method of identication , in order to identify style and site of wear fault to identication wear particles for oil monitoring technology. In the method of oil monitoring technology, it was summary classificatly that the monitoring principle , monitoring typicality , monitoring substance and purpose of conventional physical or chemical property monitoring, spectrum analysis , ferrograph analysis and pollutant analysis , and the method of oil monitoring data , fault premeasure model , direct the tendency of the tribology or lubricating system and hydraulic system. In the aspect of engineering applicating , it is instruction that tribology wear theory, it is base that conventional phyical or chemical property monitoring , it is control that ferrograph analysis, it is applicated in oil quality the fault of tribology or lubricating system, the fault of hydraulic system, the fault of the equipment . itcomplete target of the paper thequality of product was risen , it will instruct the study of the future.
