In recent years, computer application in hydropower station has gone beyond the scope of the production of electricity, computer control systems for hydrological forecasting, water power engineering construction monitoring have emerged, and with the highly automation introduced by the development of computer control systems, some unattended hydropower station at home and abroad can emerged. There is no doubt that the computer.controlled hydropower stations will become the main direction of the hydropower station automation for the future development.In the modernization of the electricity production system, by dint of the great integrated computer processing power, we use computer to monitor and control he power plant operation to realize the remote measuring, remote controlling, remote communicating and remote dispatching of power.stations connected to the grid, which can help the safe and economical operation of the power system. Since 1982, the automation of Chinese electric power system have been developed rapidly, and the integrated function and the level of equipment have been greatly improved, particularly since the 1990s, electricity dispatching automation system had been developed from the 1980s'closed, centralized systems to open, distributed integrated systems which plays an important role in the secure, reliable and economical operation of the power grids, and it already have become an indispensable means for the operation of the power station.At present domestic and international power plant computer monitoring system use the international distributed open system architecture which is more popular in the international , with the help of the multi.task real.time operating system software ,the monitoring system can ensure the structure is reasonable , easy expansion and reliability, then it can give full play to set measurement , control, protection, the role of communications integrated automation.After the implementation of this thesis, there will form a complete real.time closed.loop process control system in the power plant with open.tiered distribution network, the closed.loop control functions of the Power Plant will be completed independently by the control center. In the left bank Station of the Three Gorges Power plant, computer monitoring System could achieve the centralized remote control of the whole plant, and the goal of power station unattended will be eventually realized.The thesis of the power station operating is achieving economic plant operation, automatic surveillance and control in closed.loop operation, enhancing economic efficiency of the power plant operation, improving the safety standards, and meeting the "black start" demand of power station, by receiving the computer monitoring system's orders from left bank station. |
