Nowadays energy crisis will come, so the countries around the world areactively looking for green and non-polluting energy to give an alternative. Solarenergy has attracted much attention and photovoltaic power generation technologyhas also been an unprecedented development because of its unique characteristics.A large number of photovoltaic power stations have been built, at the same timealso promoting the rapid development of monitoring technology.The aim of the research topic for general-purpose PV power station monitoringsystem is to establish a general remote monitoring system for stand-alone stationand grid station. The monitoring system is designed to an open hierarchicaldistributed architecture with on-site monitoring and remote monitoring: there arelocal monitor computer and measuring units in the power station site while thenumber of each unit can be extended according to number of monitored object andbe defined in the software of the local monitor computer. The system is versatilityand general. The local monitor computer will achieve communication with themeasuring units via RS-485bus, to call all units, get and display all informationand realize human computer interaction; the remote monitor center will be built,which can receive data from the local monitor computer by Internet. If PV powerstation is out of the way, relay station is set and wireless data transmission moduleis used to carry out wireless communication. The central monitor computeranalyzes and disposes data, realizes perfect monitoring and control for PV powerstation....
