Research On Residential Construction Progress Of Central City For The 10th Years Of Chongqing Municipality

Since Chongqing became the municipality in 1997, it has obtained the arrogant achievements in the urban development, urban construction and economic development. People's living standard therefore has got the considerable enhancement. They no longer merely take"The resident has the house to live"as final pursue, but set a higher request to the living environment quality.This article takes the development and evolution of the residential environment construction as the practice background in the stage of ten years after Chongqing became the municipality, and summarizes the residential environment construction experiences and lessones during these ten years with the support of the related theories and the reference of general cases. This article, makes certain exploration of the planning and design of mountainous region residential environment, which takes the mountain city characterized and even more suitable living environment as the starting point.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part , including chapter one and chapter two , proposes the research frame and combs the research current situation. The first chapter is mainly the brief narration of research background, research significance, research content and scope, related summary, related concept as well as method frame. The second chapter elaborates in detail the development process of the mountainous region residential district after Chongqing became the municipality, and analyzes the existed problems of mountainous region residential district in the current situation with the massive investigation and study achievement.The second part is the main body of this article including chapter three and chapter four. In the third chapter, analyzes the constitution essential factors and characters of the mountainous region residential environment. The fourth chapter, make the research of planning and design of the mountainous region residential environment, according to the existed problems mentioned in the second chapter. Firstly, puts forward the planning and design direction and proposes the goal and principle of mountainous region residential district planning and design. Secondly, refines and induces design methods of five aspects of he mountainous region residential environment such as the space environment, the transportation environment, the construction landscape environment, the green space environment, and the sketch facility arrangement.The third part, practically proves the paper's theory. The fifth chapter, on the foundation of the theory and design mentality above, analyzes the characters of residential environment in several target-oriented typically residential districts in Chongqing to confirm the feasibility of viewpoint in article and the universal serviceability of method system.The fourth part, the conclusion of article, summarize the viewpoint which is proposed in this paper.
